Well, what can I say – “Bring ’em on!?”

No kidding, some combination of poor posture, overuse, muscle strain, and injury to the muscles, ligaments, and discs that support the spine, are common factors in the occurrence of sports injuries. Many experts believe that over time muscle strain can lead to an overall imbalance in the spinal structure. This leads to a constant tension on the muscles, ligaments, bones, and discs, making the back more prone to injury or reinjures.

Most of my sports injury clients report improvement with NFR massage treatments solely because of their improvement of the underlying structural problems and the injury or accident you had.

Through NFR treatments, many if not all of my clients with sports injuries report increased range of motion, reduced spasticity, and reduced or completely eliminated pain.
