Tension Headaches

Tension headaches are the most common type of primary headache. Up to 90% of adults have had or will have tension headaches. Tension headaches occur more commonly among women than men.

I have found that the most common cause contributing to tension headaches is postural. Most of my sufferers have postural problems that lead to having this chronic problem. By receiving NFR treatments, reducing the muscle tension in the body and correcting their posture, many if not all of my clients report increased range of motion, reduced spasticity in their necks and their tension headache’s pain eliminated.
